reserving and moving in was easy manager helpful. I hope they work on security issue. I'm nervouse to see alot of reviews are not very good. I should of checked before moving in.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I got bait and switched when I spoke to Mellissa on the phone and when I came in the next morning(with Andrea) it was $10 more monthly(over $60 when you look at it) which with someone with a fixed income and limited money. This place I left disappointed. I highly recommend going and calling Dollar Self Storage. Best service ever and was $20 cheaper. You won't regret it only 5 mins away. (Talk to Irene say I sent you!) Customer service is the worse. Starting with KEVIN!!! Horrible person. His little minion to follow is Dylan. Not professionals at all. Do NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! Take your stuff somewhere else. Trust me!! I've been dealing with this pricks for a year. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

My first review was followed up by an Emily s. I called the number that she directed me to and there's no such person there this is obviously a canned answer which is to make them look good. Do not trust this company if you're disabled. I'm a disabled person and they won't even accommodate me. I will say this The guy Miguel at the Pico Rivera location was cool, no problem with him. This place is the worst. Over $10,000 of DJ equipment fishing equipment and they even stole my son's toys was stolen out of my unit and only got back about $1,000 and then then a year later they were painting and the only thing I have worth a value which was my bed had a bunch of overspray on it I first started paying $72 then I went up to 185 the people who worked there are absolutely rude and try keeping my stuff hostage giving me the hardest time to get my stuff back take your stuff somewhere else with all the money this ... read more

Payed for it over the internet but can't get access till I go on Monday. So you made it an option where you take my money but then I have to wait two days until I get access.

ROOF LEAKING INTO UNIT AND COCKROACHES! Maybe it's my fault for still renting here but it's ridiculous to be paying over 200 dollars to find out the roof is damaged and leaks rainwater into our unit and that there are cockroaches. My proof is attached. Please do not rent here.

First unit they put me in leaked when it rained. Second unit they put me in was broken into due to the door latch being loose / defective. Staff was apologetic but I received zero refunds and zero effort to remedy beyond offering me a new unit.
