I came here today and the keypads didn't work without the mobile app but super employee Renee was there by herself helping everyone to understand what was going on and assisting us with how to get access to the elevators. Most places wouldn't do this so I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this type of customer service from Renee! Thank you Renee!!

Oh man! This is the best storage Extra storage place I've ever been to. Their system is good and the front help desk is super helpful! TRACY gave me a walk through and helped me so much she treated me like a friend and super polite.
Went into the store to pay on my unit 7/14/25 Renee was there very nice , she helped me right away store was clean and smelled good store manager Tracey trained her very well love this store.

I felt happy being helped with no attitude problem no rudeness Stephanie was delightful and very professional. I'm happy with this customer service,tbh you can't find great customers service anywhere anymore and I'm surprised how great Stephanie help me out.
