Oh man! This is the best storage Extra storage place I've ever been to. Their system is good and the front help desk is super helpful! TRACY gave me a walk through and helped me so much she treated me like a friend and super polite.
Went into the store to pay on my unit 7/14/25 Renee was there very nice , she helped me right away store was clean and smelled good store manager Tracey trained her very well love this store.

I felt happy being helped with no attitude problem no rudeness Stephanie was delightful and very professional. I'm happy with this customer service,tbh you can't find great customers service anywhere anymore and I'm surprised how great Stephanie help me out.
We used this storage facility for almost a year while on a cross-country road trip, and Tract's customer service was excellent from beginning to end. He made both the move-in and the move-out process easy and even refunded us the last month as we were moving out right around the time it was time to renew. On top of that, the storage facility is clean and easily accessible. This was not the first time we have used a storage facility but definitely our best experience so far. Highly recommend!
