Upon signing up they don't tell you about the increase rate, however, within 6 months my monthly increase from $120 to $136! I called to complain and was told it was company policy and nothing can be done, that they don't expect their clients to be there over a year, only about 2-months the most. Really? Definitely, they do not care customer loyalty. Looking at other storage units
Wow. Big time bait and switch. I signed up for a 10 x 5 unit at $59/month, and upon asking, was assured that the rates would not go up very often or by very much. I was going to look at my records for specifics, but rather than take the time, here's the big picture: Over three years of increases an average of eight months, $59 became $95. Every time it went up I called to complain and was told it was company policy and there was nothing to be done about it. I finally moved my stuff out yesterday.
The staff at this facility seem to think that the best thing to do when a stray dog (a ten month old puppy, in fact) wanders onto the property is to hit her repeatedly with brooms, forcing her under parked cars in an attempt to make her leave. Despite the property being fenced in.
