An absolute gem! I'm talking about Tracy. In these days of lack of customer service it is SO refreshing to encounter someone that genuinely cares about the customer. It is not a transaction, it is an experience! I was SUPER stressed over some details and in less than 5 minutes Tracy resolved my issue! He is definitely a keeper! Thank you Tracy!!!

I transferred myself from the BELLFLOWER (on ibbetson) location to this location here in COMPTON (on stanley) and it was the BEST FUCKEN DECISION EVER!!!!!! I have nothing bad to say about this place. My experience since being here has been everything beyond wonderful... THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THERE

I never thought I'd be giving a 5 star review for a storage company but Eric and Carmen deserve it and more. My father passed away and they have been so helpful, making sure I got them all the right paperwork and just being overall kind during this tough situation of cleaning out. The facility is clean, well kept, and organized. There were easy to access push carts which was a bonus. You cant go wrong storing your stuff here.
Me and my fiancé came looking for a storage and were pleased to find one at a reasonable price here @ this extra space location. We appreciated the professionalism of Erik the staff member who helped us today, he answered all our questions and was very thorough with everything!
All I have to say is that I love love love it here! Been here for three years and sad to say I'm moving out, but our experience here has been amazing! Love the atmosphere, like a family oriented environment especially with our awesome manager Troy!!! He is the best and really good at what he do!!! Totally worth your time and money! I had a very pleasant experience at the Extra Space Storage on Stanley St. in the city of Compton. Troy Milbrodt the store manager assisted me on that Saturday afternoon. I arrived at 5:28pm and they close at 5:30pm. Troy didn't blink twice he took care of me above and beyond. He made sure I had the correct size unit and showed it to me as well. The price was good and the unit is just what I needed . Thank you Troy and Extra Space Storage.
The staff is very nice & respectful. They went above & beyond to get me the best price. The facility is always clean & very well lighted so that when it dark outside the halls are clearly visible from every angle. 2 thumbs up.
