My experience was pleasant and smooth sailing. The employee explained everything efficiently and in a timely fashion. I was very well informed on every factor that I needed to know. I was able to access my unit in a breeze and with no issues. A lock was already provided inside my storage unit. I really appreciated the seriousness of their social distancing guidelines and how they were able to keep their contact at a very low minimum.
