I highly recommend this storage facility primarily because of their outstanding customer service and assistance. I am 85 years old and moved out a large storage unit after over 10 years of storage .Michael Spencer manager and Darnell Dockery assistant manager were more than helpful in getting this move made successfully. if you want honesty ,security and outstanding customer service this Extra Space Storage facility is the one to go to.

It was fast to rent here in real time (I literally had 30 minutes to book a space before driving up in the truck!), easy to access (even in a 20' UHaul), convenient (trolleys everywhere, also a clean on-site bathroom, and a lock ready to use inside your new locker), and secure (multiple door codes, and entry ONLY onto your floor). I was amazed! Pleased! Impressed!

Our move in was great. Carlton the Store Manager took really good care of my daughter, she moved back home from NC & was really stressed but he put her mind at ease, reassuring her thing will be just fine & her belongings would be safe. Thank you Carlton for everything 🙂
