The reason I'm giving Clayton and Krystal five stars is because they both respect me! Yesterday, I had the pinnacle of a personal situation emerge at Extra Space Storage. Clayton assisted me generously when no one else would. I tried to tip Clayton yet he did the right thing again. I recommend this storage place to anyone who deserves respectful service. Krystal is attractive and smiles all the time!!

I moved into this storage unit about a week ago. I recently moving out of my studio apartment and needed storage for about 6 months. Celso was incredibly helpful and made the whole process super easy. He called me as soon as I made a walk through appointment online and confirmed pricing and availability. My husband and I secured a unit today at Extra Space. Carlton was very professional, pleasant and helpful. The total antithesis of their nearest competitor. I appreciate the climate control. Extra Space staff went the extra mile. Keep up the good work! I'm giving the facility four stars. I think that all the units should have additional illumination.
We only used this place for a short time but we're very happy with how it all went! The people working in the office were friendly, upfront, and very accommodating. The storage space was plenty big enough for all of our belongings, it was clean and the climate control is nice (both for your furniture and for you when trying to move!). The units themselves don't have much light so maybe bring a flashlight if you are bothered by that but we did not find this to be a big deal. Definitely will use this place again if we need to!
The 5 stars are definitely for the customer service and management. From the first phone call, Nicole was extremely helpful and responsive. She walked around to show us our potential unit, and shared our options. She assured us of the safety at this location, and made us feel comfortable in leaving all of our belongings. Carlton was also quite welcoming and attentive. Thanks to the both of you!
After three years as a customer, I just moved out due to a relocation to a new city. In that time, they definitely improved. Extra, well maintained carts were added. The entry and exit keypads were repaired and encased in concrete to that they could survive minor vehicle hits. The employees were very helpful at checkout. The only thing keeping them from a five star is that they don't refund a pro-rated amount of rent if you move out prior to your next billing date. Corporate policy, but not very customer friendly.
I have been renting there for about 13 months and have been very pleased. It is climate controlled, which is very important because of the video production equipment I have there. The hours are pretty good compared to other facilities in the area. Jesse the manger has been very customer responsive. Great place. I would give it 5 stars if it was open a little later which cause me distress when I was moving because I needed to get there past 10pm but it closes then. The other thing is that they only have 2 wheeled dollies on deck when the front office is closed (which includes Sunday's). Otherwise, great security, climate control, motion sensor lighting, and everything at your tips.
