RecommendedExtra Space Storage in Rohnert Park California has been and continues to be a wonderful asset to our family. Mark is the most consistent, affable, professional, safety conscious, careful, detailed manager one could hope for. I have never felt uncomfortable while at my storage unit and it is always very clean, the dollies are easy to maneuver. I highly recommend!
RecommendedVery great customer service was a bit miff though that i didnt get there sooner I felt very happy to have a place to store items but had to move my things due to seeing people I use to work with literally next to my storage unit it was odd please i wanted privacy instead i felt like i was being ostracized! I felt like my identity was being mocked

Recommended😃The unit was easy to access and the price was reasonable for the 3-4 years of storage that I required. I was also happy that the units here are climate controlled. I will use them again when needed.

RecommendedMark is really friendly & very helpful. I started my unit on their website & I didn't sign the agreement yet, he was patient yet persistent.. a very delicate balance. I had some unforeseen losses in the family & took me almost 2 weeks to be able to get away to sign the agreement. He showed me to my unit & explained how certain things worked & how to use the lock😳 I would've been at that awhile(FYI there's about a $15 charge for that thing).
