This 5-star is overdue! I had been evacuated and had a carful of stuff and these guys were fantastic! Mark was wonderful in his special circumstance treatment given a hugely stressful situation. Fantastic experience, very clean and safe! Thanks so much!

Extra Space Storage in Rohnert Park was THE best storage facility I have ever used. Clean, Clean and Clean! Toward the end of the lease I had some financial difficulty and it was really tough to make the monthly payment. I spoke to Mark and Denise at length regarding my situation and they were both so helpful! From the time I moved in until I moved out, Denise and Mark are a pleasure to work with. I had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage! All of the workers were so helpful and kind. They walked me through every step of the process. I got an excellent rate and they were very willing to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a safe, clean place to store their belongings. 10/10 recommend.
Janet was absolutely fantastic. Was able to receive a package when I was unable to meet the FedEx delivery driver. She even put it in my unit! A++

This is the cleanest storage facility I have ever been to. From the front office to the units to the restroom. The place looks brand new! What a refreshing experience to find a storage place that clean. Reservations were simple online. They called twice to confirm. There was a sale between my reservation and moving in that I didn't know about but they honored it. Who does that? Honesty is huge in my book. I highly recommend the Rohnert Park facility!

Extremely friendly staff, very affordable and quick to engage and help customers. Mark was prompt and provided a great experience. Will definitely be using this site again!!
The office staff were super friendly and helpful. They showed us several units and helped us make a better decision about what we needed. This place is extremely clean, well lit and reasonably priced.
