We used this Rohnert Park storage facility for four years. It was owned by a different company when we started renting there and was a decent place. It was a little pricey but clean and the staff was pleasant. The company changed hands about a year after we got there and the prices started going up bi-annually. We started out paying 189.00 and by the time we left it had gone up to 360.00. Doesn't deserve one star. Visited at 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 1 to see available units along with set up and unloading space. Door locked, knocked and about 30 seconds later a male employee unlocked the door while talking on phone. A female coworker sat behind a computer screen and didn't say a word to us. When the man ended his called, he asked if he could assist us. I said we wanted to view what space is available and layout. This facility constantly raises rent. 3 changes in 1 year. It went from $189 to 228 for 10 by 15 Sq. Feet. They do not forewarn a customer.

I reserved a unit that was originally upstairs for $61 a mth. I called to confirm with Pam and asked if I could get a downstairs unit was then told it would be $65 and would hold my reservation for 7 days so that was fine. I show up and I'm told I have an upstairs unit reserved when I had it changed to downstairs. He then told me it would be more so it would be $70 I asked why the price kept changing he said it changes daily. They should've informed me that was the case. Awful experience in this Self-Storage. The onsite manager AJ Lopez has 0 people skills, is very rude and he seems to be pissed off all the time. The worst part, I rented a second floor unit and.. behold... The elevator was broken!!!! What? I had my stuff tree months with them (at first attracted for a deal) but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY.
