This is my first time ever using a storage facility and i was feeling a little overwhelmed. I was helped via phone by a new employee, I THINK his name was Mariano? I wish I remembered his name correctly because he was SO helpful. He made the entire process way easier than I anticipated. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions thoroughly with patience (I had alot of questions). I'm so grateful you guys made the process so simple and stress free.
