I have compared different Home Warranty options and spoken with friends about companies that they use and I am so grateful that I made the right choice when I had plumbing issues in my new home. They came right to the rescue.
Fred F was Landmark's phone representative. We needed to renew and upgrade our one year old home warranty contract. Fred was very efficient, and was able to totally satisfy my situation in a matter of a few minutes. I now have a renewed and upgraded contract which was e-mailed to me.
