Excellent customer service--prompt response to requests and scheduling of services. Also thorough follow up by Landmark to ensure that their third party contractors completed the job to our satisfaction. During one instance, we when we were not completely satisfied, our concerns were rectified and our deductible was reimbursed without any issues or hassles.
