good follow up. however one call you were unable to find electrican in my area, so call canceled.
Very good customer service at a reasonable price
Water heater was good, but definitely stuff wasn't covered. I'd want to make sure it's the same level of water heater. Other services tend to be higher (hvac and Hester checks) than me doing it myself

Great customer service and reasonable costs
I have had Landmark Home Warranty for over 3 years. In that time I have had a/c issues, fridge issues, dryer, dishwasher and microwave issues, and a slow draining sink that was surprisingly covered. EVERY service was quick, courteous, easy to initiate and get completed. The quality of the contractors for service was much better than a neighbor's other home warranty company's contractors. A big plus is their price has only gone up a minor amount unlike other warranty services that have significant increases each year.
Everything went as planned. The process was essy and explained clearly.
Scheduled plumber within 1 hour. Plumber arrived and accomplished the repair within 4 hours. This was a non-emergency
Prompt, adequate, sufficent, good value.
