I very rarely write a reviews, however. Fred F is an amazing warranty specialist. Helpful, friendly, professional who took th. He had all the answers to questions I asked. Saved me money. And helped take care of an issue with a plumber that we are currently waiting on to come back and finish the job. I have a few times over the years thought about leaving Landmark, Fred definitely changed that.
