Easy to organize a house call. Service personel alway efficient, prompt, polite. "Repair or replace" policy works well.
I called Landmark for an upstairs leaking toilet. The response was quick and the work professionally well done. I was worried that Landmark would be like one of those extended warranty places that do cars - take your money and make you jump through hoops for a repair. Quite the opposite was true. Very refreshing.
