I've had several service calls and repairs this year - garbage disposal, water pipe leak, pool filter, and garage door sensors. 3/4 were fantastic! The pool filter repair was not a great experience because the repair person they sent barely looked at the filter before deciding the problem was related to a non-covered item (I didn't know at the time, but there was no way he could have known that from his limited visual inspection because the broken part was under hundreds of pounds of sand.)
