Excellent service, I've never had them take more than 24. When it was very hot and the primary repair company couldn't come out in a timely manner LM found a secondary provider that was there the next day.

The A/C company that was sent to do a preseason tune-up either didn't do what should've been done or overlooked something on purpose hoping the unit would break. Sketchy company and very dissatisfied.

The agent that took my call was courteous and very helpful. He gave me the service company's name & contact information and also emailed me the information. He also followed up to make sure that I had an appointment with that company. The technician arrived for the scheduled appointment and checked all the components of my A/C system, making sure that everything was working in proper order. I am very satisfied with Landmark Home Warranty and would recommend this company to my friends and everyone.
