Everything worked out, but I had received conflicting e-mails several times regarding the home visit to assess the issue and about repairs when it needed to be replaced.

We moved into our home and needed the locks changed. The experience was awesome. Landmark followed up to make sure we were contacted by the locksmith and then followed up to make sure the locksmith came and did the job. The representive was very friendly and helpful through the entire process.

My rating is only on the out of pocket cost we are required to pay. Covering more then 1 mans labor House is a little insane when it's a 2 person job.
So far customer service has been great. Communication is easy and clear.
