Fast and consistent service and excellent customer service!
The ease of use and value. Water heater replacement was 2-3k to bring up to code we paid just over 1k still a lot of money but a great savings.
The only thing that I have not liked is that when we had a leak the plumber had to tear into our wall to fix it and to fix the wall afterwards was not covered so we were stuck with a big hole to fix afterwards
We had a couple of things in our home that needed to be fixed and Landmark employees were very kind and helpful in getting us in contact with a plumber. The problems were fixed very quickly.
Very helpful in a timely manner. Took care of problems fast and communicated very well.
Had an issue with AC, they sent out a company next day and the issue was resolved. Very seamless and happy ending so far!
They sent a service tech for my hot water heater as it was making a terrible popping noise. The tech was honest and reputable in telling me that it's just like sediment and the unit itself was fine, no repair or replacement needed.
I've had a total of 2 incidents and both were handled perfectly.
I've been with Landmark for almost a year and I'm thankful I have been. They have helped through several ac issues and beyond.
