The ease of use and value. Water heater replacement was 2-3k to bring up to code we paid just over 1k still a lot of money but a great savings.

The only thing that I have not liked is that when we had a leak the plumber had to tear into our wall to fix it and to fix the wall afterwards was not covered so we were stuck with a big hole to fix afterwards

They sent a service tech for my hot water heater as it was making a terrible popping noise. The tech was honest and reputable in telling me that it's just like sediment and the unit itself was fine, no repair or replacement needed.
