The coverage seems a little thin. We get only One pest control service in one year. We moved in and the fireplace stopped working- uh, no coverage. We’ve only been here a month. That worries me.
They were very quick to get someone scheduled to come look at our furnace, and when the first guy didn't fix it they were very helpful to get someone else here at no extra charge.
They were great when my AC unit went out.
