I recently had my first claim and it was an incredibly easy process. The customer service of both landmark and the technicians that were sent to the house was great.
Paying for repair services with minimal hassrk
(1) While Landmark response is always very quick, the service appointments are usually not (Allstate Service being the single exception). (2) Landmark offers an AC check up for full service fee ($70), while other companies are much less ($59); this for a service that involves no repairs or parts, snd no guarantee the unit will not fail at any time soon. I think there's room for improvement in this area
