Every aspect of my experience has been perfect. That doesn't mean everything I always want covered is covered, but everything that should be covered has been covered
Placed my first call to Landmark re the tankless hot water heater no longer heating. Within 2 hours a local plumber called and set up an appointment fir the following day. Landmark approved the replacement within a few hours and a new unit was installed. I received texts from Landmark with prompt follow ups and informing me that the tech was on his way. Very pleased with Landmark and their prompt, courteous customer service.
