CSRs tend to be helpful like Cynthia F however follow up by contractors is a completely different experience.
Cynthia F was helpful to renew my contract. Had issues with the website.
I called to get a claims report rather urgently but got connected to Christopher S in sales. He stated that he was not aware of a department that could do that but he was able to retrieve the information and E-mail that to me. He was great and a real asset for Landmark.
Every time I call for account support, they are always very helpful. Today I worked with Cynthia F, super fast phone call, took care of exactly what I needed. Many thanks Cynthia.
Lori was great, I signed up for the wrong policy and she called me immediately to help me fix it to what I needed it for.
