I have had Landmark Home Warranty for years, and they have provided qualified expertise for repairing and replacing systems and appliances as needed. Cynthia F is a particular stand-out, as a customer service representative taking care of my home's needs.
CSRs tend to be helpful like Cynthia F however follow up by contractors is a completely different experience.

I called to get a claims report rather urgently but got connected to Christopher S in sales. He stated that he was not aware of a department that could do that but he was able to retrieve the information and E-mail that to me. He was great and a real asset for Landmark.
