The customer service representative, Cynthia, was absolutely excellent. Actually seemed concerned about what I needed to get done and was extremely helpful. This is the first time I’ve ever had to use a home warranty service on a claim and it has been as painless as possible. Very impressed.

I bought my current home 1 year ago and selected Landmark Home Warranty after reviewing the coverage & costs from different firms. I am very pleased with my choice. I had to request coverage mid-winter when furnace was not working correctly. The heating specialist that was sent arrived quickly and was very professional.
