They don't really pay very well. We purchased the best warranty and there were many things not covered. They tend to do a temporary fix instead of replacing faulty items. Maybe this is how all companies operate.

I would have liked to give Landmark a 5, but I haven't had a major unit (i.e. heating unit or air conditioner unit) actually stop working. So I'm not sure how those situations would be handled. But as for the smaller things I've call in for, they have been handled great.
