I get good service. Have used then 3 times in the 2 years I've lived here for broken things. Always got fixed without having to buy new appliances

My only problem was, too many emails and confirmations. But really, I'm complaining about too much communication?! I had no problems with their service, and it went above what I would call "good customer service."

Our air conditioner was out for five days in weather over 100 degrees in Arizona. Because of waiting that long and it happened to be an easy fix, we are now considering other home warranty companies. Ooo
