I filed a claim late at night and Landmark called me back the next morning and did the arrangement with the contractor who called me with a time and date for my repair. A professional contractor came on time and new exactly what the problem with my AC was. He replaced the broken part (motor) in a very short time and my AC works now beautifully. The best part is only had to pay $75.00 for the service charge and nothing else. I highly recommend Landmark.

Landmark Home Warranty provided excellent service on my recent pool service / repair call. They also came through last summer when I needed a plumber right after Hurricane Harvey. All service people were super busy with jobs at that time.
