Not very well organized, internal communication is poor.
LHW is very attentive and responsive. I love their web based claims process and the their fast reply. The claims agent was super a communicative and followed up to make sure everything was good until the claim was closed.
Sometimes the process is a bit confused and I don't like the fact I can't get the same company/tech to do the job.
Prompt professional courteous and efficient
Being a realtor, after the sale is so important. I've used several warranty companies in the past 17 yrs. Landmark has been the best one to date. They stand by there product and respond when I need them.
Landmark is very fast getting you help for your problem. Customer service is a priority for them.
Quick response at first, but since my first claim, I've had to be on hold for over 20 min at different times of day and over the weekend. It's been very frustrating trying to get someone live. My issue is still unresolved.
I was disappointed at first with landmark, but I have definitely seen an improvement in the caring attitude and response time
They arrived when called and completed in a timely manner
