LHW is very attentive and responsive. I love their web based claims process and the their fast reply. The claims agent was super a communicative and followed up to make sure everything was good until the claim was closed.

Quick response at first, but since my first claim, I've had to be on hold for over 20 min at different times of day and over the weekend. It's been very frustrating trying to get someone live. My issue is still unresolved.
