I have had good service in the past. My most recent service was good except for one thing. My hvac system was worked on about 3 weeks ago. They were able to fix the furnace but it was determined that a new heat pump was needed. The technician said he had to work that out with Landmark and that has been the last thing I have heard about it. My utility bill has almost doubled due to having to use the furnace in emergency mode. I am pleased with the service. It is worth the money.
I've heard horror stories about other home warranty companies, but you won't hear that from me about Landmark. They've been wonderful to work with and it's worked great for me after buying my first home and they've give me a sense of security as a homeowner. Thanks Landmark!
As I sent in the first rating, Logan (and...I don't recall his name) were both quite pleasant and went about checking for the cause, then ordering a part to repair it before they left. I recommend him (them) quite highly.
It took four changes for LL Cooling to come out and check my furnace, starting in October and he finally came on January 9th. They always cancelled. It was fine and the guy was nice
