Jennifer B was a huge help getting our HVAC system replaced when it failed. While the process was somewhat complicated on account of our rural location, in the end Jennifer really came through for us, and made sure we were properly reimbursed as agreed.

We purchased a two year Landmark Home Warranty agreement. We only had to use it once during those two years, but that one time saved us more than the cost of the warranty. Placing the claim was easy and getting the repair done was quick.
I've had my issues with warranty companies, Landmark included, so this review is one that gives me great pleasure to write.
