Always Clean, Plenty of Carts, Ample Parking, Easy Entry & Exit GARY - Attendant on site is an Angel. Nicest Guy. Always the Same - Has neve changed. I really appreciate Extra Space Arroyo Seco Pasadena, CA location, esp being a Survivor of the EATON-CANYON ALTADENA FIRES.

Great customer service! Had a nonsense / pretty direct and simple experience here! The facility is pretty intimate, but easy to access. Be aware of the gate hours! Only flag.

Jazmin is literally the best person that you can have. She literally made my day. Was so kind and accommodating. I'm very and beyond service. I just got my unit and getting ready to move in but with Jazmin I feel like I'm in good hands!

Chris was such an amzing help. He was extremely knowledgable with everything I asked. He made great suggestions of what storage unit could work for my amount of items. He was super personable, helpful and professional. Glad he got to take care of me

I've been here since before Extra Space storage took over. All I can say is that they have done a superb job in making building improvements. The staff is kind, professional and extremely accommodating. Marcela has been a pleasure to work with. She has made my transition to one unit to another with ease and a smile. Rosa is amazing. They are very lucky to have both of these women as an employees.
