Toni K was very customer focussed , very friendly and prompt.
Had to call a few times before I got someone willing to help, but once I did, Scott was very helpful! That being said, the online portal is more or less dysfunctional and hold times are ludicrous if you call in instead. Fixing the bugs in the online process would go a long way to helping me not hate having to deal with this company.

I have been using landmark home warranty going on two years now, I am very pleased with their fast friendly service. Their customer support is always there to help with any questions or issues that need to be resolved. I personally spoke with Scott P who updated my policy and answered all my questions. This is our tenth year as a Landmark customer and we have used the competition in the past. Landmark does a very good job with customer service and has improved over the years. They are quite honest and try to stand by the customer, but obviously have limits as they need to make a reasonable profit.
