I just moved a bunch of stuff into a small storage unit and could not be more pleased with the exceptional customer service. Rosa, at the front desk, made everything easy, straightforward, and smooth. Her cheerful welcome was an added bonus and a delight!

Whenever I've had to interact with front desk personnel, they've conducted themselves in a cordial, humorous and most importantly, informative manner. Come to think of it, the off site support staff were equally as helpful. In fact, what they couldn't help with themselves, was redirected to the on-site manager for help. Wish they had 24 hour access.

I'd been storing my stuff here for years in its previous incarnation, and had a great experience working with the new owners. Yes, prices went up. But what hasn't these days? I appreciate that they were willing to work with me on the monthly fee. Elsie in particular was super accommodating.

1847 Argyle Ave Los Angeles. They advertised my unit as a unit that is accessible via elevator. I signed up online, got to the facility and the elevators are not working. I asked when they would be up and running and they said 2 weeks and that was back in April 2026. I have bad knees and had to haul everything I brought to storage that day by going up and down those stairs multiple times with heavy boxes. decided to leave a few boxes behind bc i couldn't do the no handicap thing anymore, you can't throw away onsite, and i'm not allowed to drive. employee vicky immediately called to tell me i would be charged $100 and sent to collection. all this for being handicapped.

decided after two months to vacate my unit due to there still not being an accommodation for handicap or disabled people. continually getting the response "we're working on it-" not a legal response. took me three tries to schedule movers to bring items downstairs- a tad on the abysmal side. i also feel like their staff should not reprimand me for the decisions their movers make- they are grown adults. overall, just bad customer service. moving to a storage unit close by and don't mind paying the higher price for legal, hand... read more

NOT HANDICAPPED FRIENDLY!!! They have no elevator!!! And they would not provide accommodations. I asked for a first floor unit to make up for the lack of handicap accommodations and they said sure, for an extra $200! Not only illegal, moving in was horrible, taking things out, or trying to empty it has been horrible.
