Landmark replaced my furnace when it went out. It was January 1, but we had a new furnace installed and working by January 15.
I’ve been using Landmark home warranty for over a year now and have been quite satisfied. They have come out for a few issues I’ve had and done very well. Highly recommend
We got good service and the serviceman was very professional and fixed the fridge quickly.

Hard to understand people in customer service. Contractors using cheapest parts available--No quality.
I have used the warranty this year and got a quick response from the repair men . The job was done professional and quick. For this reason I am renewing my contract for the 2023 year.
