Landmark Home Warranty is a great program. In my first year of home ownership, they've taken care of a broken shower mechanism and an electrical problem. Both would have been well into three figures to fix absent the warranty. It is very comforting to know serious issues with my home are only a $60 service call away to fix. I would like to commend especially the customer rep Evonny R. She is very friendly, professional and efficient over the phone.
My home repairs were completed as promised due to the support /expertise that I received from Marcus J. He was in contact with me through the whole process making sure the job was done right.

Requested service for furnace review. They found the thermostat was not the correct one for the furnace I had installed by prior company. They installed thermostat and when I called because of noise when furnace came up to 2nd stage they sent crew out again at no cost. Very happy I am with Landmark.
