Our high-end refrigerator needed parts and service worth more than the unit. Landmark offered, and we accepted. We were able to get a new fridge with that check.

Excellent and friendly customer service. I did have a problem when the electrical guy came out and I asked multiple times if I need to turn off the breakers and he said no. With that the three of the breakers blew and in turn my master bedroom 68 inch tv was fried. To top it off with him he was more interested in checking me out than listening to my problems.
