The outcome of my claim was perfect. The phone call to turn in a claim is lengthy and I answered the same questions more than once. I know they are thorough and that's good however.
It was a pleasure working with Paul the home warranty advisor. Paul explained in detail all about landmark services, and different ways to pay.
When I called regarding our kitchen sink they sent someone right out. Problem with our stove top .. they send someone right out.. when I wanted to talk about our replacement and the timeline for that , I couldn't get in touch with them. Things take time and we love our new cooktop!
I have had absolutely no issue with Landmark handling my claims. They have always been prompt and kept with me throughout the claims process.
Electrician was contacted and he came as he promised.
They are very easy to work with and have great customer service!
