Job done quick with professional plumber
Just signed up for Landmark's service warranty and am impressed with the additional coverage they provide that other home warranty company's don't provide. I received an immediate phone call from Melinda G at Landmark who explained the coverage for the policy and the additional coverages they provide. Will definitely take advantage of these features.

I've had more than my share of things breaking during my fine using Landmark. They have answered the call in each and every issue. I have nothing but good things to say about Landmark.
Landmark processed the claim very quickly. The plumbing contractor was great and performed the repair of the broken water supply line quickly. He also got the clean up folks involved, saving me the time and effort to find a good contractor.
Christopher S was very polite and informative about my home warranty. I did not know that I could auto pay monthly with no extra charge. Great News!
Some difficulties after experiancing water issues.
Better than any other warranty company i used but one needs to be persistent as long hold calls, need to find your own contractor and the need for your contractor to send s diagnosis, need for you to pay the contractor then submit for a refund is definitely designed to make you quit and pay out of pocket.
