Landmark has been quick to respond to any and all service requests. It is so nice that they cover the semi-annual servicing of the HVAC system included. I needed assistance to renew by phone and Cynthia F was fabulous to work with, being very knowledgeable and helpful.

I dealt with a wonderful customer service agent, Robin B who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He not only provided me with updated informaion about my policy, but he noticed an issue with an option that was checked off that I did not need. His honestly and his concern go above and beyond - especially in today's world where most personal customer service is non existent. Robin is a huge asset for Landmark!
