Landmark has been quick to respond to any and all service requests. It is so nice that they cover the semi-annual servicing of the HVAC system included. I needed assistance to renew by phone and Cynthia F was fabulous to work with, being very knowledgeable and helpful.
Just starting business with this company. Website let me create an account but glitched on adding card payment info. Called in and spoke with Samone S, she was professional, courteous, and competent! He not only provided me with updated informaion about my policy, but he noticed an issue with an option that was checked off that I did not need. His honestly and his concern go above and beyond - especially in today's world where most personal customer service is non existent. Robin is a huge asset for Landmark!
