Landmark needs to work on increasing the number of contractors that take calls on the weekend, especially HVAC technicians during extreme weather.
Professional. Fulfill needs quickly. Handle needs expeditiously.
Landmark Home Warranty has treated me well as a customer and have my recommendation. Christopher S and Marc D in particular have been very helpful and provide great customer service.
Contacting them to schedule a repair was easy and they kept in contact with me every step of the way until repair was completed.
It took a few months to have my ac unit inspected
I have had to call Landmark twice, after years of not having any problems. They had a service rep here within two days when other people want for a week or more. My dishwasher needed circuit boards and they were able to get them within a week and fixed my dishwasher. Circuit boards are hard to get because of Covid. I give them all the stars in the sky.
On two request, I have delayed or no follow-up.
They have responded to all of my requests...a little common sense does go a long way!!! If an appliance is over ten years old, please ask for replacement? Parts are hard to find, in general..over ten years...next to impossible! Don't waste time looking? Help the customer out by just asking for replacement! Just good customer service!!!
I called Landmark to ask some specific questions about my existing policy. Scott P answered my call, and took extra time with me, checking on prices and different products and what would be my best options for my needs. He went beyond the everyday call and made me feel I am a valued customer. He’s really wonderful!
