I am usually concertive when rating business'es, sometimes I have given a 5 star and then soon after been disappointed in the company. So any company can inprove.
Landmark was always very quick and easy to send a technician out and take a look at an appliance problem. But when Landmark owes you money… it sometimes takes months to get ahold of someone. At first I figured this was just because of corona virus but now that my subscription is expiring I’ll get multiple calls/email a week.
Listing of items covered in warranty and prompt service. I deducted one start only because when calling in to speak with rep. I sometimes have a difficult time understanding the rep. due to their strong accent.
Chris S was very helpful! He was able to answer all of my questions and then some. The warranty has been very worth it for our new home.
