I just renewed my home warranty with Alexander J. He was knowledgable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions - he was great! The entire process took less than 10 minutes - which made it easy!
When having drainage problems, Landmark didn't cover hydro jetting that was necessary to open our drains. It was the only way the plumber could help with the stopped up pipes.
Alway have taken care of any problem quickly!
After our central air went out they were very quick in sending someone to help us. Having difficulty getting the new one put in due to trouble finding the right size. After several attempts to get help thru emails and phone calls Joanna B was able to get things moving faster. Wonderful customer service on her part.
