I have been with Landmark home warranty since 2019.. I have been lucky enough to speak with Alexander J to renew my warranty twice . Customer Service handled my situation promptly, putting me in touch with a local contractor, who also responded promptly. The contractor worked around our schedule and got the problem solved quickly. I had out of town guests coming, and they went out of their way To make sure the problem was resolved before I had to cancel our get together

When we had a issue, once it was decided we needed a replacement oven the process took way too long. If this had been a refrigerator or washer/dryer I'm not sure what we would have done. From start to finish it took 2 - 3 months

We just now decided to initiate a Landmark Home Warranty and we completed the process of purchasing our policy, effective 30 days hence. We contacted Landmark by phone once we were on the website, in order to ask a couple of questions. The representative, Paul C., was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient. We very much appreciate his courteous assistance with making our final decisions. All in all, the process was easy to understand and the personal response was very supportive and explanatory.
