After a not so great experience with another company who we had been with for almost 30 years our last technician recommended Landmark. As we have a new rental and did not want to continue with our former company we called and spoke to Alex. What a difference! I was impressed with their responsiveness and with the professionalism of Melinda G. in answering all of my questions completely. I had sent requests to several companies and it took days or weeks for them to reply to me--even the company I am currently with was slow to respond about my renewal and they were slow on responding to claims as well.

My experience with the Vendor response has been (one took over 3 days to contact me) underwhelming. I have unfortunately sat on the phone 45+ minutes on occasion trying to cancel a service call due to timing on Vendor availability (over 3 weeks). They do what they say they will do, pricing is transparent and their customer service team is helpful and responsive. Alexander J is particularly helpful, he is great to work with and I really appreciate his help!
