Four stars because most of the time, once I get to talk with the agent, all is professional, courteous and efficient. The last star is because of getting through on their phone lines can take hours,. Getting a response from an email isn‚Äôt much better. In never got a call back when I left my number at 1:00!pm one day.,I had to call back the next day and wait in hold again. Most frustrating!

Landmark has been quick to respond to the situation of our microwave failing. We were presented with options, which I didn't like, so I called their offices. 4 stars since I just purchased our Home Warranty and the start date will be tomorrow, 7/9. Even though there are so many negative reviews about them, I still gave it a try. Hopefully it will be smooth sailing with them. 4 stars because of Melinda G., the agent who helped me with the process and explained everything to me so well.
