I like all the options you can have. There have been some years where it is not easy to justify the cost of the warranty as well as the $65 service fees. But so far everything has been very straightforward. Your customer service is very good. Fred F. helped me this time and was very accommodating. I like that you always use high quality companies in my area. Whenever I look up the companies' names, they are usually very highly rated by their customers.
