It was time to renew our home warranty, and Scott P. made it easy and fast. I had spoken with him last week regarding the price. I needed time to get approval for the renewal, and he made the notes on our file and gave me a direct line to call. The call to renew only took minutes because of his forethought and efficiency. I appreciate the convenience and the desire to value our time.
