Easy to request service calls. Easy to renew. Fred F. made the renewal process look easy and was very thorough.
Fortunately we have not had any mishaps that would require the use of our policy. However the renewal date arrived and I had decided continuing the policy and wanted the best price I could get for the upcoming year. When I called I spoke with Fred F. who worked with me addressing this. He was professional, polite, patient and answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had.
