Had an issue with my refrigerator several weeks ago. My daughter-in-law was the primary contact with Landmark and the contractor and somehow the communication broke down and we did not hear from anyone regarding this issue. She and my son moved to a new house, so I was following up on the issue, logged into the website to review the work order. My representative, Christopher, assisted me in interpreting my new contract, my decision to wait on the pool motor until the aesthetics of the pool are fixed. I had recently needed someone for my washing machine and I had given the repair person the $70 fee. It is not the way Landmark handles their claims. The fee is to the company after the work is done. Landmark is a reputable company in San Antonio, unlike some of the other companies I have used, Choice Warranty and American Home Shield. Thank you Christopher.
