Great storage facility so much parking space, easy access! The managers running the site are very generous and great at their jobs!

We had rented at this facility many years ago. We just decided to rent a space once again. We had a great experience working with Mariano. He was very helpful and got us a very convenient storage area. We look forward to working with him in the coming years.

The staff here is incredible and accommodating. They close at 4pm on Sundays and I rolled in with my U-Haul at about 3:50. Mariano was so kind to let me unload my third trip of the day. He stayed a little after 4 so I could get it done. With the stress of moving it was really awesome to have someone be so kind. Also, Cat was so helpful booking my unit; taking me around the grounds to find one that would fit my needs. Exemplary workers 10/10!
Can't thank Edwin and all the staff for the help they provided, they were always willing to help and make visits enjoyable.

I called to confirm the hours someone would be on the premises today. I also was told the lock on my unit had been removed. That was Sunday. I went on Tuesday, with a friend who brought his truck to help move out, but the door was still locked. My friend drove over an hour to come and now the same back. This was Very maddening and totally unprofessional. There was no one in the office or answering the phone. I felt horrible for my friend losing his work time driving hours back and forth for me. RATS. Need I say more... after I filed a complaint they didn't offer any help, but instead said that pest control would visit the facility at some point, but no guarantee as to when. I had to clean rat feces and urine off all of my things only to come back the next day and do it all over again. Dark unit. Holes in the wall. Spiders and spiderwebs. Horrible overall experience.. got out of there and found a new storage company to use.
