This place was formerly SANTA MONICA STORAGE, and I've had a storage unit here for 18 years. It was always clean and well maintained store. This year it became a EXTRA SPACE STORAGE store. I went to the facility today for the first time in a few months and was shocked to find it completely infested with pigeons. There literally was pigeon feces and feathers EVERYWHERE!
