I use this space for my business and this is my first time with Extra Space after being referred by a friend. They by far have the best staff when compared to other storage spaces, and the facilities are clean and safe. Also their packing / moving supplies are better priced than other spaces I've used. Would definitely recommend if you are looking at space in this area.

The team associate I spoke with needs to be more compassionate, more customer service friendly towards customers especially towards veterans. Profit before customers are more important to the team associate who I spoke with.

Avoid at All Costs -- Disastrous Experience I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this storage company was so terrible that I feel obligated to warn others. First, our unit flooded, causing thousands of dollars in property damage. Then, after relocating us to a new unit, they failed to update their system, which led to a billing nightmare. December 30, 2024 I received this injury due to this protruding foot-long piece of metal Sticking from the wall around a blind corner. I asked for a Band-Aid in the front office, and was scoffed at. "We don't give customers bandaids. Do you think we're a Pharmacy?" I had to go to the emergency room, Had to get a tetanus shot, Had to go on antibiotics, missed two weeks of work, and now six weeks later have a lifelong scar. Extra Space storage? I have no idea how this place has high reviews. It seemed clean/well maintained when I moved my stuff in. I had my stuff in the unit for 18 months. I came to move my stuff out last week and the movers discovered the back corner was infested by moths/moth larvae. Right away I went to inform management, thinking they would think this is a serious issue. The management has been completely unresponsive/unapologetic. I have been renting a unit on this facility for about two months. There are constant issues with the main gate and the restrooms on the main building are always "out of order" Those points one can easily deal with, but today I mistakenly forgot one item of mine on the parking lot. Within 15 minutes of me leaving, they called me to inform that the item had been disposed and they had a disposal charge. I didn't mean to leave this to be disposal. It was a genuine mistake. i rented a space here. the facility is fine, lower teir than public storage or trojan but still nicer than some off brand spots. I got quoted $140/month for a 10x10, 2 people in person and 1 person on the phone all said this was the permanent rent, not a promotional price. They charged me and then AFTER they charged me they had me sign the lease saying it was a promotional price and it would change 'soon' or in 'a few months' to a different rent but they could not tell me the price.

My card was stolen and I had to get a replacement while I was out of town for work they gave ten days before cutting the lock to my unit. They upped the price ridiculously a few months after renting the space go to public storage. They wont even text you or leave a voicemail about any of this before cutting the lock so you have to magically be available at the address they have on file and not out of the country with a different sim. Crap service.

I rented a storage unit in December, as I was moving to a different apartment; it's a bit further from my current apartment than I'd like, but one of the cheapest rates in the area at the time. So far so good; I've previously had good experiences with a Public Storage unit I rented for 2 years in the past.
